Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

All prices on our website are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent, to place an order on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or unavailability of product.

Sorcerer's Proxy Shop specializes in high-quality custom MTG proxy cards, available in regular and foil finishes. Product images are representative; minor variations in color or finish may occur due to printing processes.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed promptly and cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request before fulfillment.

Product availability is not guaranteed. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.

We accept custom card requests, including custom artwork and customer-submitted design requests, submitted through our Custom Request page. Custom orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our approval.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and any other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and fulfilled. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Sorcerer's Proxy Shop does not store your full payment card details.

We offer automatic order-level discounts based on your cart subtotal (excluding shipping). These discounts are applied automatically at checkout:

First-Time Customer Offer (Code: First4Free): New customers may use the code First4Free to receive their first four proxy cards at no charge — customers are responsible for shipping costs only. When this code is applied, the free shipping threshold applies to the value of any additional paid cards in the order (i.e., the $19.95 minimum is calculated on paid items only, not the free cards). The First4Free promotion can be combined with order-level percentage discounts.

All discounts, promotions, and coupon codes are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Sorcerer's Proxy Shop operates a loyalty rewards program called Spell Points. Participation in the program is subject to the following terms:

Sorcerer's Proxy Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Spell Points program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active participants. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed; actual delivery may vary based on carrier, destination, and external factors.

Sorcerer's Proxy Shop is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sellable condition — undamaged, unplayed, and in the same condition as received.

By placing an order or signing up for our newsletter, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails from Sorcerer's Proxy Shop, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and occasional marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

All original content on our website — including our logo, site design, graphics, marketing copy, and photography — is the property of Sorcerer's Proxy Shop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our brand assets or content is prohibited.

All Magic: The Gathering card names, original artwork, card backs, set symbols, and related marks are the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast LLC and their respective artists. Our custom proxy products are fan-made recreations intended exclusively for casual, non-tournament, personal gameplay.

Our proxy cards are not for use in official sanctioned tournaments and must not be represented, sold, or traded as genuine Wizards of the Coast products. By purchasing from us, you agree to use our products solely for personal, casual play and not for resale as authentic cards.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sorcerer's Proxy Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
